Return policies:

Item received in damaged condition/ manufacturing defect / wrong product delivered-

If you have received a damaged product or wrong item please mail us  { [email protected] } with your order number and received product picture within 24 hours. If you have any problem with the product you have to register a complaint within 24 hours.


*Once we receive your email, our Customer Service team will get in touch with you informing of the address where the parcel has to be shipped back. When we get your parcel, we will contact you and refund the money by paytm, google pay or bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)...

 Refund amount is not given in cash. It is transferred to a bank account

- Each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but due to manual efforts, errors can happen and hence we refund your amount as discussed with the company.

* Due to following factors Refund & Replacement is not there:

- Color change: If in color there is a minor difference then that is not acceptable for return.


For example: If the product is red but appears dark red or maroon on the phone, then in such cases, kindly be informed that your product is not acceptable for return.

-Refund for color is accepted for a scenario like you have ordered pink color but received black instead. In such cases we accept the return/exchange.


  • Product is washed/damaged/worn

  • Part of the returned product is missing. 

  • Product is not in their original condition

  • Products which were sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items

  • If, according to your opinion you don't like the product, this return reason is not acceptable

  • Replacements will be made based on the availability of that product on the website

  • In case of damage from your side, this product is not eligible for return/exchange/refund

* Size issue:

        -After placing the order, if you want to change the size then please inform us immediately (email at [email protected] or call at 8767140865) about the change in size. Once the product is shipped, there would be no change or replacement for size issue.


* Cancel System

          - If you want to cancel the order then send mail ([email protected] ) within 24 hours after placing order.

          - If you want to cancel the order and not able to send mail then please call us at 8767140865 for the same.

          - If you want to change your shipping address you have to send mail within 24 hours ([email protected] ) otherwise after the parcel is out for shipment , the address can not be changed.
